The goal for all PPOA attorneys is to consistently provide excellent legal services in the defense of our clients. This demands that every case be given the utmost attention and effort. We recognize that every case, big or small, is likely the most important case each of our clients has, and each of our clients deserves the best defense possible. In pursuit of this goal, our attorneys have gained considerable experience in a wide range of practice areas, and we also have a staff of experienced paralegals and nurse paralegals that provide significant assistance and support in all aspects of our practice.
PPOA expanded to Florida in 2013. This expansion was undertaken to service the needs of our national clients with a goal of building upon the quality of legal services that our clients had come to expect in our Louisville office.
At PPOA, we recognize that our duties go far beyond those extended to our client. We understand that our attorneys also owe a duty to support and strengthen our community. Our attorneys are committed to various charitable organizations, and the entire firm has annually participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. In addition, we donate considerable legal services to the Legal Aid Society of Louisville in the defense of victims of Domestic Abuse.
Also, every attorney at PPOA has had the benefit of being mentored by skilled and talented trial attorneys, and we always strive to make a similar impact on members of the legal community, especially young lawyers and law students. Our attorneys frequently serve as judges in local, regional, and national trial competitions, and our attorneys have served as adjunct faculty at the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law. In addition, members of the firm are frequent lecturers in Continuing Legal Education seminars and give similar presentations to professional organizations and clients.
